Three fee models. Pick one per partner.

Most white-label vendors give you one fee table. Saraf runs three, side by side, and lets you assign them per partner and per account — so a high-paying influencer, a cost-sensitive trader community and a zero-fee promotion can all live on one exchange.

Model 1 — the classic ladder

Direct users and partners who want the highest payout

Spot from 0.20% and futures from 0.10% per side at VIP 0, falling with 30-day volume. The highest revenue per trade; partners on it earn the most per user.

2

Model 2 — the low-fee ladder

Communities that compare fees

Spot from 0.10% and futures from 0.04% maker / 0.06% taker at VIP 0, down to 0.010% / 0.030% at VIP 6. Competitive with the largest exchanges.

3

Model 3 — zero fees + P&L share

Influencers who want "zero fees" to sell

No trading fees on spot or futures. Instead the partner shares a percentage of their users' trading P&L with the exchange. Anti-scalp rules: a position closed within 4 hours pays Model 1 fees on both sides, and a spot round trip within the hold does too.

Partner shares up to 90%

A partner's share is a percentage of the fees their users pay, from 0 to 90 with one decimal. A BD sets each of their KOLs at or below their own share and keeps the difference. Model 3 partners share P&L instead, and losses are carried forward and can be taken from the partner's wallet.
